Why Discovery Lite first instead of jumping into the cockpit?
Because €490 buys you proof in 5 days. You see real verified buyers in your market with scores and email templates. If the buyers are wrong, you keep the file. If they're right, you upgrade to Path B (we send them) or Path C (you run it). Zero commitment. Foot in the door. This is how trust gets built in B2B trade.
What's the difference between Outreach Campaign and SaaS Cockpit?
Outreach Campaign = WE do everything for one campaign (find, send, track, report). You take the calls. €1,500-3,500 once. SaaS Cockpit = YOU do it yourself in our tool. €49-999/month + 2% success fee. Pick Campaign if you have budget but no time. Pick SaaS if you have time and want hands-on control.
What's the 2% success fee on SaaS tiers?
2% on closed FOB value, capped at €5,000 per deal, 90-day attribution window. Example: Pro user closes €500K coffee deal traced back to a Turnkey buyer → €5,000 fee (capped). Million-dollar deal → still €5,000. Small deals = small fees. We only win when you win.
How does the Concierge fee work — sliding 2-10%?
The smaller your deal, the higher the percentage (because there's a fixed cost to running any deal). €15K vanilla pilot = 10% = €1,500. €5M long-term framework = 2% = €100K. Buyer pays TSARA directly per the proforma, we deduct our fee, wire net to you within 5 banking days. Standard export-agent practice. SIEMO charges 35%. We charge 2-10%.
What languages do you support?
Outreach templates: English, German, French, Turkish (live). Spanish + Arabic by June 2026. Reply classification: works on EN/DE/FR/TR natively, translate-then-classify for others. UI: English + German now, Turkish + French planned.
What about China? Asian markets?
Honest answer: China requires a different module. Hunter.io and standard tools fail on .com.cn domains and central SOE procurement. We're deferring China to Q3 2026 with a dedicated module that uses Alibaba/1688/Made-in-China commercial signals + local network. EU, MENA, US, Turkey — all strong today.
Can I cancel? Refunds?
SaaS: cancel anytime, monthly billing, no refunds for past months. Discovery Lite: no refunds (you receive the deliverable in 5 days). Outreach Campaign: 50% refund if cancelled before week 2, no refund after. Concierge: 6-month exclusive on the product/region pair, but you can downgrade to Path C anytime to take it back in-house.
